Cancellation Terms

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your registration free of charge up to 48 hours before the event starts. Cancellations can be made via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting the event organizer.

2. No-show Fee

If you do not attend the event and fail to cancel your registration at least 48 hours in advance, a no-show fee of 495 SEK will be charged to the email address provided during registration.

3. Ticket Transfer

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend at no cost. Please notify us with the new attendee’s name and email address no later than 24 hours before the event.

4. Exceptions

In the case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the no-show fee may be waived. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant documentation (such as a doctor’s note) for review.

5. Communication & Photography Consent 

By completing your registration, you consent to receiving future communication from Engineering Day regarding related events and activities. You also acknowledge that photography and videography will take place during the event and agree that such material may be used by Engineering Day for marketing and communication purposes.
