Who belongs in tech – and who gets to decide?
Diversity isn't just a checklist or a corporate value – it’s a personal lens. Partnering with Women in Tech and Ingenjörsjobb, we’ll explore how our individual experiences shape the way we see others, and how we can deepen our understanding and empathy. We’ll focus on what it means to be privileged – or not – in different contexts, and how to recognize those shifts in ourselves and others. Through personal stories and insights, we’ll offer tools for self-awareness and meaningful action.
