Through personal stories and insights, we’ll offer tools for self-awareness and meaningful action.

Alicia Toom built her career across finance, social entrepreneurship, recruitment, and advanced automotive safety systems. Growing up outside of tech and as a non-native English speaker, she brings a unique perspective on privilege, resilience, and inclusion in global workplaces. Today, she works on human-centered design in AD/ADAS systems, shaping technology that prioritizes both safety and well-being.Panel discussion
